I am a former Nike and adidas finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across commercial finance, FP&A, sourcing finance, costing, margin management, and business transformation.
My specialty is connecting financial performance to the decisions that shape it. I work across product, sourcing, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to understand the full picture, from the assumptions and inputs behind a decision to its downstream financial and operational impact.
That cross-functional perspective helps me identify what is driving performance, anticipate risks and trade-offs, and bring teams together around clearer information and shared priorities.

Why I Founded Endurance Margin Advisory
I founded Endurance Margin Advisory to give companies flexible access to senior-level finance expertise, whether they need an ongoing fractional CFO, interim leadership during a transition, or hands-on support for a focused project.
Growing and changing businesses often reach moments when they need more than traditional accounting support, but a full-time CFO may not be the right answer. They may need clearer financial visibility, stronger operating discipline, a strategic thought partner to the CEO, or experienced leadership to solve a specific margin, planning, reporting, or process challenge.
My goal is to meet businesses where they are, quickly identify what matters most, and provide the right level of support. That may mean advising the CEO, leading the finance function for a period of time, or working directly with the team to build and implement a practical solution.
The name reflects how I approach the work. Sustainable improvement requires clarity, consistency, collaboration, and the endurance to turn good ideas into lasting results.
Beyond the Numbers
I am based in Oregon after spending significant parts of my career living and working in Europe and Asia. Those experiences shaped my global perspective, curiosity, and appreciation for different markets, cultures, and ways of working.
Outside of work, I am a mother of two and an avid distance runner. Distance running reflects many of the qualities I bring to client work: preparation, resilience, patience, and a focus on steady, meaningful progress.
